So we already know that Super Monkey Ball (aka it doesn’t have an official name yet) is coming for the Playstation Vita. Don’t fear, we have some new info and a trailer (look above you!)
- AiAi, MeeMee, Baby and GonGon all set to return.
- Will support tilt functions, front/back touch or dual analog sticks for controls.
- Multiplayer to support up to four players via wifi.
As for release date, all SEGA has said is that it is coming out in 2012. Who is excited for another Super Monkey Ball game?

Hmm, that time thing intrigues me.
Perhaps the internal clock of the vita will dictate the settings within the game? Or something?
Yeah, it looks like it might have a time cycle? Maybe visibility will play a part in the gameplay? I kinda hope that it has changing levels, depending on the time you play it.
They’re using music from the original game in this trailer. Probably means nothing but still..
I may be looking to far into this, but I hope that trailer was suggesting that the little table game he is playing represents the Wii Monkey Ball games and the old music playing represents a return to the old style?
That would be nice… VERY nice.
Oh and for the love of god bring back the mini games from Super Monkey Ball Deluex… In the STYLE of those games… Monkey Race and Fight in the 3DS game was completely crap.

aw is it at least better then monkey ball adventure i liked the first monkey ball but then i got that one and it was a pain to get through
The music kind of gets me hyped up for this
