Sonic Talk #4: Episode 2

Here it is folks! Only our fourth show in and we got our first big guest. Sonic 4 Brand Manager, Ken Balough! He’ll be answering some of your concerns about the upcoming Sonic 4: Episode 2.

But that won’t be until the middle of the show. In the meantime, Nuckles 87 and I are joined by GX Echidna and nSega54 to talk about what small news we have on the upcoming Game Gear games for 3DS, our favorite Archie Sonic artists, what Sonic would look like if he was drawn by slices of pizza instead of artists, and, after the interview, we talk about the Sonic Advance series. Read on to leave a comment or see our show notes.

I don’t really hate Tails THAT much…I just got caught up in the heat of the moment.

I’m just a Knuckles fanboy is all :D

  2. Chris K. says:

In regards to Tails being single player, it’s just a matter of your all too damn lazy.

  3. Chris K. says:

    “People don’t like the bumpers?”

    No duh Dick Tracy.

  4. nuckles87 says:

It’s not a case of being “too damn lazy”, it’s a case of budget and resources, as he explained. Its not like they can just overcome these limitations by working harder. It doesn’t work like that. If you don’t have the time or resources, you just….can’t do it. Not well, anyway.

  5. Donte Belardino says:

    Damn Lady gaga gone BAD!

  6. ecchi says:

Good interview guys. My only question is WHY is Lock-on feature always overlooked?

They promised us a BIGGER game than Sonic 3 & Knuckles (combined) and the only way to pull this off is through combining every episode in Sonic 4.

I encourage people (who care about this anyway) to not let them “forget” they said this.

Other than this, great interview. Kellie was sure silent.

  7. nuckles87 says:

She was mostly there to monitor things.

  8. Dal says:

Is there a transcript somewhere ?

    • barry the nomad says:

the interview is a part of the podcast, so no. unless somebody transscribes it, which would take a long time given the interview length, the interview is audio only. are you having technical problems playing it?

  9. Blue Wisp says:

Still hearing the interview, having a tough time understanding a few things though. I’d love to have a script. :P

Despite that, it’s really good so far.

  10. Tails Fan #1 says:

YOURE A FUCKING ASS HOLE FOR HATIG TAILS!!! AND IF YOUR NOT TALKING ABOUT SONC 4:2 THAT MUCH THAN DON’T TALK AT ALL!!! YOU FUCKING FAGHS!!!

  11. UltraSonic69 says:

Music Plant was Advance 2. The Toy Factory was Advance 3. Just to clarify; you know how the internet is, someone has to correct any mistake made.
