Gonna pick up Shining Force and Tails Adventure for sure. Maybe Vampire, Drift 2, and/or Defenders of Oasis as well.

  2. That Shining Force 2 is included in Shining Force CD, right?

As far as I know Shining Force II on Game Gear is prior events to those in the Shining Force CD game.

    • Sega Uranus says:

Shining Force II: The Sword of Haijya on Game Gear is Shining Force Gaiden II, the second chapter of Shining Force CD. That whole Gaiden series takes place between the dozens of years between Shining Force I and II.

Although a good game, it would be recommended that fans of the series just check out Shining Force CD instead. Also check out Shining Force Gaiden III through a Game Gear emulator (Kega Fusion is recommended), the fan translation is great and the story is actually important. One of my favorites in the series.

Anyways, on the topic of what I would purchase: Defenders of Oasis and Sonic Drift 2 are some of my favorites on the platform, so I will check them out. I am confused as to where GG Shinobi 2, the Wonder Boy games and some others are. I have a hard time believing something like G-LOC is going to outsell any of those. And although Sonic games will sell on here no matter what, something like Sonic Labyrinth should really be forgotten forever.

Wow, this Game Gear support is definitely shocking me. Nice to see though.

Hang in there, EU and AUS fans
