Yakuza 6 to release in Japan on December 8th – Watch the new trailer now!

Released last night is a brand new trailer for the upcoming Playstation 4 game Yakuza 6! The trailer reveals several things including the release date, December 8th, and the price of 8,190 yen. The game’s full title is Yakuza 6: Inochi no Uta which translates to “Poetry of Life”. For those wondering if this is the end of the road for series star Kazuma, the trailer carries the message “The final chapter of the legend of Kazuma Kiryu.” It is unknown if this means the franchise will debut a new hero in subsequent games, or if SEGA plans to put the franchise to rest after this game. Though given how reliant SEGA of Japan are on the franchise, a new hero or more prequel titles like Yakuza 0 are probably more likely.

Some gameplay in the trailer woulda been nice. Great news nonetheless. I mean the fact that we’ll be able to see how much the series improves with this game. Hope t o see it soon in the west

Manmanman. Just let them disband that fa.gas.s karaoke part in yakuza’s. It really does a decrease of manlyhood of kazuma and such

If you have to disguise words to get around profanity filters, you should take it as a sign that no one cares to hear what you have to say.

Centrale. Don’t hate. I just don’t like those long slur of karaoke. It does’nt fit kazuma. When yakuza 1 and 2 came out it felt like a real mob. But when 3. (The scene with baby fe’tish). And then with yak5 the karaoke. It feels sorta g’ay. And i know it rumbles feathers. But it is the reason i felt like yak5 was shi’tty for a small part

Weird that the guy using derogatory words tells some body not to hate. Cut with the language, dude.

  4. Defender says:

I can’t stop laughing at the idea that Kiryu is not masculine enough.

  5. Segabits Hive mind member says:

Somebody get this defective worker bee outta here! We’ve gotta have this hive running in tip top shape, am I right?!

Who gives a damn what your opinion is. It doesn’t matter when you start spouting inane garbage about what’s manly in a country that has karaoke as a cultural past time. That’s why they are aughing at you. Added bonus that you’re being childishly by attempting to avoid the swearing sensor when you could easily voice your displeasure without vulgar slang .
