Persona 5 voted best RPG of all time by Famitsu readers

Persona-5-Release-Date
The Japanese magazine, the Weekly Famitsu held a survey which asked readers what they consider the best RPG of all time. I can see why you’d assume the reason Persona 5 won ‘best RPG of all time’ in Japan by readers is because it just came out recently and that point is valid.

The survey gathered 2,295 votes which had 56% male and 43% females (with 1% not have a specific gender). Out of all these votes only 9% where from teenagers, 36% in their twenties, 37% in their thirties, 16% in their forties, and 1% where in their fifties. The voting took place between June 22nd and June 28th, which is less than a year since Persona 5 came out in Japan. 1. Redd says:

Persona 5 the best RPG ever? *groan* Sometimes Japanese players just make me cringe.

  2. Some of these current generation games I don’t get. I’m not a Legend of Zelda fan, but I’m playing Breath of the Wild on the Wii-U, and that’s the best RPG I’v played in a long time. It’s so good. I like Xenoblade Chronicles, but it doesn’t even come close. And where’s Panzer Dragoon Saga?
