Sonic Generations and Panzer Dragoon Orta to join Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Program

Xbox One continues to expand its Xbox and Xbox 360 backwards compatible titles, this month they will add Sonic Generations and Panzer Dragoon Orta (best looking Xbox title)! Both are great games and glad they get to be played on new consoles.

Sonic Generations is out today and even playable in 4K if you have one of those fancy Xbox One Xs. As for Panzer Dragoon Orta, that one launches on April 17th! There are still plenty of great SEGA Xbox and Xbox 360 games that need to hit the Xbox One, including Jet Set Radio Future!

I hope the original unlockable game is supported too. I know on 360 it had major frame dips when you tried to play the original game from the unlockable menu.

Honestly I would prefer Sega do remasters of Sonic Generations and Panzer Dragoon Orta but this is still a good thing!

YES! I can’t wait to play PanzerDragoonOrta 4K!! JSRF would be fabulous in the future!

Now if we can just get Jet Set Radio Future and Shenmue II, I think that’s really all there is to expect from Sega on the XBL for X original games, or am I missing something? ToeJam & Earl: mission to earth (formally ToeJam & Earl: all funked up on the Dreamcast)
Then there is Otegi 1 and 2.

    Anymore Sega did?

Yes I would also add Outrun 2 but Sega still has yet to sort out their Ferrari licence to work with it, so until then, it’s feasibility is in question.

    Then there is also

    Crazy Taxi 3: High Roller.
    House of the Dead III.
    Super Monkey Ball.

    Ect ect.
