SEGA in the Charts: MediaCreate charts for March 24 – 30 March 2014

The releases come thick and fast for SEGA, coming off the back of Utakumi 575, PuyoPuyo Tetris and Ryu Ga Gotoku: Ishin! the latest entry in the Hatsune Miku: Project Diva f 2nd came out last week in Japan for both the Playstation Vita and the Playstation 3. This is the first time the series has launched on two platforms at the same time and is looking to take the crown of biggest first week from Hatsune Miku: Project 2nd. Also continuing to chart is Ryu Ga Gotoku: Ishin! hit the break to find out how both performed in this week’s chart!

Hatsune Miku Project DIVA F 2nd coming to western countries this fall

After the successful release of Hatsune Miku Project Diva F in the west last year, SEGA has announced that the sequel will be released here as well. Unlike it’s predecessor, Project Diva F 2nd will be getting a physical release for both PS3 and Vita at the same time in both the US and Europe.

The game will have 40 songs, including both new songs and classic songs that were playable in Project Diva games only released in Japan. The Edit Mode, which allows you to make your own videos and rhythm games with in-game assets and put them online for all to download, will also be back.

You can expect the game to be released this Fall in western territories. Japan will be getting the game in just a couple of days from now, on March 27th.

Project Diva F 2nd announced for PS Vita and PS3

Note: The above video is actually from Project Diva F, which you will be able to play in English this August! It’s quite a fun a game, so if you haven’t tried the demo yet get it on PSN. There is no footage or screens of Project Diva F 2nd, yet.

Project Diva f 2nd has been announced in Famitsu for PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 3 for release in Spring 2014. Japan only for now of course. Songs confirmed to be in the game so far are “Colorful X Melody”, “Romeo and Cinderella”, and “Akatsuki Arrival”. Does anyone plan on importing it? or Maybe a better question would be are you looking forward to Project Diva F English version out this August?
