Unboxing Persona Q limited edition 3DS XL

A few months ago we brought you an unboxing of a launch day Dreamcast, this time we are bringing you a short unboxing of the limited edition Persona Q 3DS XL from Gamestop. I have to say, this is the nicest looking special edition 3DS that I have seen and definitely worth looking into if you can’t wait for the New 3DS XL models to hit North America next year.

So if you have any questions about the Persona Q limited edition 3DS XL, let me know in the comments below. Thanks for watching!

SEGA announces its TGS line-up, teases new Hatsune Miku project

SEGAboothTGS2014
SEGA has finally revealed their line-up publicly for next week Tokyo Game Show this will include SEGA published games, Atlus and even titles by other publishers that will be shown at their booth. Some of them are big western publishers without enough Japanese presence like Electronic Arts and Warner Bros. and others are just small Japanese companies without means like Silver Star Japan and Compile Heart.

SEGA is set to hold a number of stage events including one on Septermber 18th when the company will announce a new Hatsune Miku game, Atlus will get their own stage show on September 20th and Yakuza 0 will get a variety of stage shows planned throughout TGS.

Limited edition Persona Q 3DS XL coming exclusively to GameStop

PersonaQ3DS
Seems that being an American isn’t all bad, at least if you want to get your hands on this limited edition GameStop exclusive Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth themed 3DS XL. It will retail for $199.99, hardware only.

Persona Q hits retail on November 25th. Sadly this ‘3DS XL’ isn’t one of the new hardware revision that Nintendo announced, this is the old model and America won’t be seeing the new model till sometime 2015. Its a shame because it makes this purchase less tempting.

SEGA in the Charts: MediaCreate charts for June 02 – 08 June 2014

This is the first time “SEGA in the Charts” will be covering an Atlus game and what a time to start! As it is, this is SEGA’s first number one since Hatsune Miku released back in March and the first title published in Japan under SEGA’s ownership of the Atlus brand. It’s also the first time the Persona series has appeared on a non-Playstation console, so it will be interesting to see how things develop after the first week of sales. I think both Atlus and SEGA can be extremely happy with how it has turned out for them. Hit the break to see the full lowdown!

SEGA and Atlus reveal their E3 line ups

Sega-E314-Lineup-Ann

With E3 now only days away, companies are finally getting around to unveiling their E3 line-ups. Today, SEGA got around to unveiling what games they will be bringing to the show. The list isn’t exactly surprising:

Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric (Wii U)

Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal (3DS)

Alien: Isolation (PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, PC)

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd (PS3, Vita, PSN)

Though the list is rather paltry, it should be noted that SEGA has occasionally had some small surprises at E3. Back in 2010 the company used the show to unveil Sonic Free Riders and their line-up of Dreamcast titles. Also notably absent are SEGA’s mobile titles, despite the company working to increase its presence in the sector.

Even if these are the only games coming from SEGA itself, we at SEGAbits won’t be getting off so easily. Though not officially confirmed, Nintendo will likely have Bayonetta 2 on display. SEGA’s newest acquisition, Atlus, has their own slate of titles for the show, which we will also be providing coverage for.
