If you’ve been putting off picking up Superdimension Neptune VS SEGA Hard Girls, the PS Vita (and PS TV compatible) game is now on sale on PSN for $27.99. That’s 30% off of its regular $39.99 digital price. The sale lasts until 11AM on November 29th, 2016.

The Idea Factory-developed game released on October 18th, 2016 in America and received overall positive reviews from internet critics and fans have awarded it a 9.2 on Metacritic. PlayStation blog Push Square said in their review that “Superdimension Neptune VS SEGA Hard Girls is a highly recommended experience” for fans of RPGs and turn-based Strategy games.

The game was largely ignored by larger gaming publications, most likely due to its niche status and it being a fairly late Vita release in the West. Have you given it a try? Let us know what you think of it in a comment below!

Superdimension Neptunia VS SEGA Hard Girls gets ESRB rating for a PC version

superdimension-neptune-vs-sega-hard-girls-ps-vita-first-trailer

Superdimension Neptunia VS SEGA Hard Girls is a crossover game for the PSVita, that as the name implies combines the Superdimension Neptuna franchise by Compile Hearts and the SEGA Hard Girls franchise by SEGA, both franchises being known for their satire on video game tropes with moe anthropomorphic consoles as the lead. As previously announcedSuperdimension Neptunia VS SEGA Hard Girls for the PSVita will receive a western release by the usual international publisher Idea Factory International.

But recently, an ESRB rating has popped up that suggests there may also be a PC version in the works too. Though nothing has been announced, it would make sense since previous games from the Neptunia series have appeared on Steam. It would also make sense from a business point since the PC has a far larger install base then the PSVita could ever hope for.

The rating itself describes the game as such:

Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls English Trailer Released

Did you know that Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls is a thing? I know, weird right? If you didn’t know Sega Hard Girls is a anime TV show that references lots of SEGA history including games and consoles (the characters are named after SEGA consoles). Which is sorta the same conscept behind Superdimension Neptune games thus we have Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls!

Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls is set to hit the PlayStation Vita this fall and being published by Idea Factory International and being developed by Compile Heart.

Neptunia and SEGA Hard Girls crossover coming to the West this Fall to PS Vita

Screenshot_331

Today, it’s been announced that the Seha Hard Girls and Hyperdimension Neptunia crossover game is coming to the West, both USA and Europe, as Superdimension Neptune vs SEGA Hard Girls, exclusively for the PS Vita. According to the game’s US website, it will feature an English dub and have the option to keep the original dub with subtitles. Oddly enough, SEGA is not publishing the game in the West, rather it’s being done by Idea Factory International, the regular publishers of Hyperdimension Neptunia games in the West.

The game seems to follow in the footsteps of other Neptunia games, being a 3D RPG with a cross between active and turn-based combat, with platforming on the overworld. Fans of the main series will probably find a good enjoyment out of it, and SEGA fans will probably want to tune in for the likely hefty amount of cameos that will doubtlessly be in the game.

Superdimension Neptune vs SEGA Hard Girls comes to the west in Fall 2016.

Are you excited for Compile Heart’s Hyperdimension War Neptunia vs Sega Hard Girls: Dream Fusion? This upcoming RPG combines the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise and crosses it over with SEGA’s Japanese TV show/Light novel Sega Hard Girls.

The game is suppose to launch on the Playstation Vita, the company still hasn’t given up a release date, but they did just update their website with new direct-feed screenshots. So, if the game makes it west, which it will most likely, will you be picking it up?

Wonder Festival 2015 reveals new Jet Set Radio, Virtua Fighter, Yakuza, 7th Dragon, Persona 3, and SEGA Hard Girls figures

SEGAFigures7thDragonJetSetVirtuaFighterPersona

It seems that this year’s Wonder Summer Festival 2015  was totally worth looking into if you’re a big SEGA fan since they got a ton of figures announced. How many? Seven figures spanning six franchises including Jet Set Radio, Virtua Fighter, Yakuza, 7th Dragon, Persona 3, and even SEGA Hard Girls got represented with a figure (a convention exclusive one no less). Here is the list of figures announced at the event:

As you can tell most of these are very early in production with some figures not being shown painted and some not even having a picture of what the figures looks like. This is a very early announcement and when more photos become available we shall post it on the blog, so stay tuned. I have to be honest, I’m a sucker for the old Virtua Fighter graphics, so I’ll probably end up picking those two figures up. What about you guys?
