I doubt it be that long.

But I have noticed Team Sonic Racing was released not long after Sonic Generations.

Now Sonic Racing CrossRoads is announced not long after SXSG so I imagine it be similar release time.

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed and Team Sonic Racing were outsourced, they're made by Sumo Digital.
Sonic Racing CrossRoads said to be made by internal team, developed by an “elite SEGA racing game team”.
Sumo Digital are not involved in this.

The retro tabletop arcade will feature Sonic, Outrun, Revenge of Shinobi, Golden Axe, and Streets of Rage.

Tokyo Xtreme Racer for PC launches in Early Access on January 23

The Early Access version of the game will feature the story playable up until roughly the halfway mark, with a focus on “Spirit Point Battle” and car tuning features, and over 200 rival characters each with their own unique storylines, 50 playable cars, and over 180 kilometers of the Shuto Expressway to race upon. Player skill gains, a new feature for the franchise, is also included in the Early Access release.

Iconic OutRun Song Was Retitled Because It Sounded Like A Fart

Amusingly, Kawaguchi reveals that the iconic track "Passing Breeze" was originally entitled "Passing Wind", but the name was changed because a US member of staff pointed out that it sounded like a Bronx Cheer.
Kawaguchi explains what happened: "Passing wind" doesn't just mean wind blowing through, but also means passing a fart. So when we were doing location testing in the US, a local staff member pointed out, "This is a fart!" and so in the final version, it was changed to ..."

It's Taken 36 Years, But Amiga 1200 Owners Are Finally Getting A Worthy Port Of OutRun

A team led by Agermose (Thomas Jensen) is producing a new port for Amiga which promises to be much, much closer to the 1986 arcade original. It's expected to launch this October, just in time to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Amiga itself.
The initial release will require an A1200 with a small amount of fast RAM, but the intention is to eventually produce a version which will run on the base A1200.
