I have no idea what that says but I have a feeling it probably has something to do with Yakuza: Of the End coming west... based on the font.

The RGG trailers always use the same font, and it's not that... it's white letters with thick vertical lines and very thin horizontal lines.  As far as I've seen, even Of the End used it.

Translator claims it says: "End of that story is no more than a start of the new story."

I tried to translate it myself, but I couldn't even make out the first kanji character.

It does look very similar to the Valkyria font

Kinda odd that SEGA West would be teasing the game with Japanese font, though.

I think they will re-release the game in Japan with the new features (I.E. new control scheme, new modes et cetera) and attempt to have a worldwide launch.

Come on, online co-op!

Sort of like Shenmue U.S., Sonic Adventure International and De La Jet Set Radio (which is too fucking expensive on ebay to warrant a purchase).

Dark Souls is the name of the spiritual sequel to Demon Souls, being published by Namco-Bandai. Yakuza: Dead Souls is the game we are talking about.
