I'm not much of an RPG player, but even I want this game bad, mostly cause Nintendo says I can't have it. It's that attitude though that's making me 70% less interested in their products.

Nah go buy a game that actually stands a chance of getting localized here. Thanks. Buying VC will do nothing to get VC3 over here.
Buying Xenoblade, European Wii owners, will help get North American Wii owners Xenoblade/Last Story. Xenoblade is apparently one of the best JRPGs this gen. I wanna play it, DAMNIT. >:(

Just get a classic Wii best seller like Carnival Games. You all need to get some practice in before the sequel comes out on Kinect.

Nintendo America is going to bring this over. They do not bring this kind of attention to stuff like Fatal Frame 5 or the Disaster game, but they did for the Classic Controller Pro and similar stuff like this.
It literally is a marketing ploy, I am sure they set up that "Everyone buy Final Fantasy on the Virtual Console" on the same day thing as well. It will come, and so will The Last Story. Both are being rated by the ESRB right now so it should be obvious to everyone...
I am getting Super Mario Galaxy this month because it is finally going down in price. First Wii game I have bought since... What? Maybe 2009? I have bought some digital stuff, but otherwise I received stuff like Sonic Colors and Sakura Taisen. Everything is too expensive, and each game (especially the stuff Nintendo publishes) never goes down in price and production just stops instead if people stop buying it. It just flat out sucks.
Not interested in this, but I am all for The Last Story. I love MistWalker's stuff, even if most of their games come out awkward.

I'd definitely buy both games (I dug Lost Odyssey) but by most accounts, Xenoblade is by far the better of the 2. Though Last Story's no slouch either.

Been playing the Japanese version for a few days now. Pretty nice graphics for inferior hardware.

I am quite interested in checking out Xenoblade. The Xenosaga games are among my all time favorite RPGs so I would like to play another title made by the same studio. :)

All the UK online retailers seem to be sold out, so that's a good sign for this coming stateside.

I bought it and it's really amazing. To me it's like the japanese take on dragon age only better. I seriously reccomend this game to any wii owner. DOnt hestitate to buy the EU version with a... preloader? It's worth it

It would've been golden if April 1st could've been the release date (stupid Sundays), but they did get pretty close!
This is a huge deal, and I'm psyched. I will be buying from Nintendo though, screw the Gamestop exclusivity.
I hope they do Last Story next.
