Howdy, I need a favour please!

Basically I need, these two images:

Please make the rainbow fit quite snugly behind the imagine, not to much taller etc.

Thanks thats awesome but... I'm afriad theres been a misunderstanding!
I mean a small rainbow behind each of the two 'pokemon' (they're not pokemon btw lol)
