Title: Sega CD question - need help finding where a spring goes
Post by: prot0typ3 on October 04, 2021, 02:00:52 am
I was taking apart my Sega CD last night so I could recap it, and when I took off the CD drive (the Sony version), a short cylindrical spring fell out, and I have no idea where it goes. There are 4 cone-shaped springs with a rubber tube in the middle, and there's a long cylindrical spring where the laser moves back and forth, but the spring that fell out is shorter.
My Sega CD is a model 1. Can anyone help? Thanks
