Matoi (Innocence on Christmas Eve) is Now Playable in Idola Phantasy Star Saga Global

Quote
Matoi in the Christmas costume.
For some reason, she was assigned at the last minute the task of whipping up the atmosphere as Santa Claus.
Anyway, she is working very hard to get herself prepared.

PSO2 New Genesis FPS Will Increase With Nvidia DLSS

To help show how it will affect the game, there’s a new video. It shows a side-by-side comparison of how DLSS support changes the PSO2 New Genesis FPS.
Actions like attacking, jumping, jetting around, and running are shown off.
Without support, the PSO2 New Genesis framerate tends to hover between 38-45. With it, it exceeds 60 FPS.

I'd say the video on the right is ever-so-slightly better than the one on the left but it's so slight that I can't tell the difference that much.

The frame rate is more the highlight, I think.
For me as long as it's more than 30FPS, it's good enough, but some players only satisfied when it's 60 FPS or more.

I prefer at least 60fps.
I remember when we got Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast for the first time, the game had the option for either 50hz or 60hz. At first our TV couldn't play 60hz, but when we got a TV that could, it almost looked like the game was somewhat 3Dish, as in watching a movie with polarized glasses.

I would definitely chosen 60 Hz over 50 Hz,
I've played Sonic in 50 Hz and I hate how he feels not as fast and how the music turned out,
compared to how I play Sonic in 30 FPS on handheld, Sonic still feel fast and the music is same thing.
FPS is how many frames our console is producing or drawing, while the refresh rate is how many times the tv/monitor is refreshing the image on the screen.
The difference in Hz (refresh rate) is bigger than in FPS (frame rate).
