BTW When I say that SEGA.com has potentional, I don't mean to say that people that run it (community team/web guys) are untalented. I think the higher ups at SEGA just don't put enough focus on it. SEGA does it better than most publishers, Namco is pretty bad. I couldn't even get their community manager emails to do stuff for Project x Zone. I found his twitter, tweeted him and he totally ignored us.

I guess we aren't as cool as NintendoFanLuigiZone12.com

Are you talking about that Rich guy? did you try getting a hold of him on twitter? i used to see him tweet all the time. Hes a big fan of Tekken! Lol

Yeah, I already tweeted him and he didn't tweet back. So I assume he has no need to work with us. Which is fine.

I think it was ClumsyOrchid, who is an Admin from my memory.

I see, no wonder it takes ages to sort out. :x

Maybe, but I was being polite over it to not get a "This is an unhelpful post" from him.

You are not alone. clumsyorchid issues me many different warnings. All for personal attack, when all I did was express my opinion and help other people out with their problems with sega products. He eventually banned my account. I tried creating another one, but it was also banned because he had my ip. I asked cochrane (another admin) to give me my account back. He then told me that if he did, clumsyorchid would ban him too. It's very sad that clumsyorchid even still works for sega.

^That's fairly unusual. Clumsy has always struck me as a nice guy and plays a pretty major role in Sega's community.

Yeah. He seemed nice at first, then he did all that to me. I did absolutely nothing wrong. I have actually seen him insult many other members on his posts too.

Holy shit! SEGA.com got a redesign!

http://www.sega.com/

http://segabits.com/blog/2013/04/30/sega-com-gets-a-redesign/

Barry mentions SEGA needing a redesign, SEGA Forums/Blog does it.

Can Barry ask for them to at least bring over Phantasy Star Online 2 already?
