Title: SEGA announces "Hero Bank" new RPG for 3DS

Coming this December 19 for Japan, translate it at your own according.

Seems everyone is going to be designed around currencies, the two in the link above are based on the Yen and the Dollar.

I dunno I'd say it's that rather than a proper new game by an in-house dev

edit: just read that it's about real-life stars and such...yeah it's that type of game. nothin' to see here

Storm tends to exaggerate, but yes this game smells "anime tie in" all over it. And then they won't tie it with anything at all.

If it's good, then that's something worth looking out for, but if not...then I'll sadly pass.

Perhaps it is because it is for a much younger audience but I think they could do much much better. Here's hoping I'm wrong with my impressions. I'd love for them to have another success with the kids like they did with MushiKing, and Dinosaur King.

Post by: inthesky on July 04, 2013, 12:22:47 am: I am really struggling to get with this, and it surprises me. The concept is pretty interesting at least, but I'm still not feeling it. Nothing else appeals to me I guess: the art, the characters. I don't understand the gameplay at all, so I'll wait for more information on that. I'm interested in seeing how competitive it turns out to be.
