Sega announce WELCOME TO VIOLENCE package for Wii

Quote
24th February 2010 - This time last year, the crazy kids at SEGA Australia pulled out a whiteboard, wrote some words on it, head-butted some brick walls, wrote some more words... and came up with The Bang Bang Box!!! To mark the anniversary of this epic day, those same special minds have created a new box-o-fun. A trigger-tapping triple-barrel terrorfest, we like to call WELCOME TO VIOLENCE. This pack features three of the most controversial adult games available on the Wii - Madworld, The Conduit and The House of the Dead: OVERKILL - for only $109.95!! Available on the 11th March 2010.

WELCOME TO VIOLENCE details:

Survival horror as it's never been seen before! A pulp-style take on the classic SEGA light-gun shoot 'em up series. The House of the Dead: OVERKILL charges you with mowing down waves of infected, blood-thirsty zombies in a last-ditch effort to survive. With a whopping 189 uses of the f-word, OVERKILL is the current Guinness World Record holder for "Most Swearing in a Video Game".

MADWORLD has a unique black and white style, that straddles graphic novels and 3D worlds. Players must master the use of various weapons and items found within their environment, such as chainsaws and street signs. With its irreverent humour and over-the-top violence, MADWORLD delivers a unique core gaming experience not often found on the Wii system.

The Conduit is a fast-paced action First Person Shooter (FPS) set in the near-future of a fictional America. Players battle enemy forces in a highly detailed 3D world using a dynamic control scheme only possible on the Wii.

For "only" $109.95 ?! I think each of those games can be found extremely cheap nowadays, so even if you combine their prices it will be less than $109.95.

It is a good idea to bundle them for that price I think, even though most places have them for $15.

However, I would only recommend The House of the Dead Overkill.

Its funny because The Conduit was obviously put in there because they had nothing better to throw in.

I put the news on the front page. I also thought I should point out this is a Sega Australia bundle, that price of $109 is really great for three games
New Wii games are usually around $100 at major retailers, and they are selling those particular games for between $50 and $80 brand new.

*Sigh*

Once again, please note, this is Sega AUSTRALIA, and that is AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS.

$109 is usually what you pay for one new Wii game over here, each of those games are being sold seperately for around $50 to $80 new. It's a good price!

i know but even though
109.00 AUD = 96.6616 USD

still expensive in my opinion , except if the pricing range in Australia is usually higher than anywhere else

How is this good?

The Conduit is a shitty online FPS that cannot compare to things on PC/HD-Consoles. I guess I can see how people like the other games, but they are old and not too expensive to get separately.

In Austrailia they still apparently cost about 50 to 80 dollars each.

Three great games, a nice price.. How is it not good?

And the Conduit is the best you'll get on the Wii as far as FPS are concerned.
