I also remember Lion King. Was practically a gauntlet of a game... I think I remember finishing it but I can't recall.

I never finished that damn game.
Scar is hard to beat, never have the patience to beat him.
I saw some video on youtube, and he does really took a long time to be beaten.

A Frogger TV series? This is something I'd expect in the '90s.

TV Show, like American Gladiator, definitely show for older guys ... like us.
I don't think many kids now are recognizing Frogger.
Unless they have Apple arcade, which includes that Frogger in ToyTown.

I mean, it's kinda understandable that Frogger is being forgotten to the new generations. It's just a frog trying to cross the road. While perhaps somewhat "heroic" for a frog to be able to cross such ongoing traffic, crocodiles and what not... it's just a frog. He doesn't exactly stand out like Pac-man, Bomberman or Donkey Kong.

Yeah, but some of them still recognize its clone / spiritual successor, Crossy Road,
since it was free on mobile.
And Disney put a lot of marketing for that game back then.

Yeah, but still Crossy Roads didn't get a TV game show as Frogger did. Though I guess given Frogger was the first game to utilize Crossy Roads gameplay it be a hassle if they didn't.

Frogger is as iconic as Pac-Man, Arkanoid, or Space Invaders, I guess.
All I want is a mobile game of Frogger.
If Pac-Man, Arkanoid, or Space Invaders could have it, why couldn't Frogger.
Just kinda sad the role was filled with Crossy Road.

From what I understand Crossy Roads is randomly generated so there's that it has over Frogger.
