Not anymore.
On January 1, 2022, Winnie-The-Pooh (written by A.A. Milne and published in 1926) officially entered the public domain — which means that Disney no longer has the exclusive rights to Winnie the Pooh.

Disney is pretty much falling apart. I dunno if that's a good thing or not given the void they'll leave behind would cause a corporate vacuum.
Heck they're losing rights to their own mouse!
