Yeah. I just need to pick a project teaser I want to start there and see where it leads. My ideas for The House of the Dead might be plausible but dunno how to pull off convincing zombie make up and costumes.

Need a friend from theatre club or cosplay club then.
Those clubs are expert about make up and costumes.

Agent Stone Will Be Back On ‘Sonic The Hedgehog 2’ With Something Brewing

Quote
The announcement was made on Wednesday, Sept. 29, with the image of Carrey and Majdoub shown in a cup of coffee for National Coffee Day.
Majdoub retweeted the post and later confirmed that he is returning for “Sonic The Hedgehog 2.”
And that image in the coffee hints that Dr. Robotnik will need him again as his sidekick should bring in tons of laughter once more like the first installment.

Added Company of Heroes (2013)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WCiSWQjYwCE

Company of Heroes is a 2013 American direct-to-video war thriller film directed by Don Michael Paul.
The screenplay was co-written by Danny Bilson and Paul De Meo, best known for The Rocketeer, as well as several video games (James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing, Medal of Honor: Rising Sun).
It was loosely based on the video game of the same name from Relic (to which DeMeo would later write the sequel, Company of Heroes 2).

Since Relic is now a part of Sega Europe, then Company of Heroes is a part of SEGA franchises too.

Now about Ultramarines: A Warhammer 40,000 Movie...

I'm not putting in the list because it's a full CGI movie, not live action movie.

But what if this game was a live action game?
The game's based on the Ultramarines Chapter of the Space Marines, which SEGA owned.
But Warhammer 40,000 franchise belongs to Games Workshop.
They're connected, but not fully owned by SEGA.
Should it be in the list if it's a live action movie? Or not?

Eeeeeh, I think they should be on the list but under a seperate catagory that covers movies based on franchises that Sega owned than movies that Sega personally developed.

It be like if Sega brought the rights to Aliens... which they sort of did in a way. Does that mean the Alien movies should be on the list? Sega has nothing to do with the development of those movies even if they own a piece of the franchise... I think. They made Isolation, Vs Predator and Colonial Marines but I dunno if they have the same deal with 20th Century Fox as they do with Game Factory over these franchises.
As for Warhammer fan films... Well, I'm not that into the franchise so I don't really want to comb them out to add to my list. I'm sure there is live action fan films, I just dunno which ones are fan films specifically based on Sega's Warhammer or not.

I see. SEGA's fully owned franchises only then.

There's Warhammer 40,000 TV series in the work, but I don't think it's finished already.

Still, I won't put it on the list then.

If the TV series specifically has Sega in the credits then yeah, I'd say that get's in. But then again if it's like at the botton of the credits with little relation of the TV series then maybe not.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 “extended preview” showcased at CineEurope

Quote
The Sonic movie sequel were among the many films previewed by Paramount at the 30th running of CineEurope, an official convention by the International Union of Cinemas.
It showcased a number of short unidentified scenes from the film, and it was highlighted by an attendee that the sequel’s humour and action will be both about “the same level” as in the first film.

It is not known when or if the preview is going be publicly showcased, but usually they're not for public.
For public, they'll release a trailer instead.
