Title: Crazy Taxi creator still in the smartphone realm (now with Action RPG)

The Crazy Taxi creator has quite a history at Sega. Read on Part 2 and 3 of the Sega Japan R&D series if you wanna know more.


Ever since Crazy Taxi 3 things habe been strange tough. Dinosaur King kids card arcade game, Baseball card arcade game and now producer in the mobile division. First he advided on Crazy Taxi City Rush game, and now he is producing this action RPG:

Seems as if Sega is taking Jet Set Radio/Yakuza and Crazy Taxi/Virtua Tennis lineage of creators to lead their mobile division for game development...how do you feel about it. Personally, I really dont like the segmented region approach when developing games.
The mobile market is a good oppurtunity to make a world market game by Sega's Japanese teams.
