I'm glad you like the forum theme! George actually "motivated" me to finish it. I was getting tired of it and was going to leave it looking bad. As for the front page, Ingolme did that.

This post was directed at Ingolme, so ttt9.
And yes, it does look nice.
AAA+++, Joe Mustachio seal of quality.

Hey guys this is looking great.
Very Sega-y :D
-
I'll teach your grandmother to suck eggs!
This is awesome. It's like SEGA Nerds, but before it was eaten by Kartel.
There aren't any full-page ads. And avatars are normal sizes. And unlike Kartel, there's a quote button on the reply page. You're really spoiling us!
AND THE FRONT PAGE NEWS IS UP TO DATE! WOW! (http://http://fast1.onesite.com/thekartel.com/user/dr._sega_monkey/21c5d5540697f73d213615ce52d03295.gif?v=924)

We tried, I have notice some posting issues on the forum. It was last night, not anymore. Hopefully they just "went away" if you guys get them post the error in the error topic made by Shadi.
We won't be putting any full page ads ever.
-
Will you buy our loyalty with EA game giveaways?
-
Not only is this blog/forum much much quicker to load than the Kartel, we don't have any annoying ads and people coming out of everywhere to get some swag!
I was able to grab myself a portable Genesis and Super Monkey Ball for the DS on my way out though loool

Where is Cube? :(
Haha, I thought that too when I clicked on the Sonic 4 thread and there was a picture of Sonic '06.
-
I will invite Cube when he signs onto MSN next time. He works for a newspaper now. Very fancy stuff.

I thought he was a doctor?
-
Perhaps he writes a column for a newspaper answering health questions.
Dear Dr. Cube,
My right leg is more developed than my left leg. My right leg is one inch bigger in circumference. How do I go about developing the muscles in my left leg so that they are symmetrical?
-"Leg"
Dear "Leg",
Play Sonic '06.
-Dr. Cube
-
His name is Doctor Zao.
-
ahah I miss those threads about Sonic Team's employees' working conditions and Sonic 06 being teh b0mb.
-
:afroman:
Ahhh, now it really is like old times.

I thought he was a doctor?
He called himself a Doctor, but last time he brought up education he hadn't actually completed a bachelor's degree yet, let alone a PHD.
Good guy though, I kinda miss his rants. Remember that time he was excited to get Vampire Rain because Oshima had some loose connection to it?

Are you saying Pakistanis are similar to Portuguese?
Because if I was from Portugal, I don't know how I would feel about that comment...
-
Pakistani's don't call fishermen Pescadores, so they aren't as cool.
Best word for Fishermen EVER.
Speaking of Portuguese, where is Diogo Miguel?

Dunno. But everyone with a bachelor's degree is a so called "doctor" around here. Go figure.
Also, fuck pescadores, we have desenrascanço.

Ah, how I love our portuguese words... desenrascanço and saudades.
But you know what the real bitch about portuguese?
When you try to explain something that happened back then or when something used to be that way.
We use "antigamente" when explaining the past, it makes sick to my stomach, because when you say "Facebook wasn't like this back then in english, everybody understands.
But try saying that in portuguese and it feels like you're saying "In ancient times, Facebook wasn't like this." Because "antigo" means ancient, of course, in with the proper context, it's never really an issue, but it so annoying.
-
To you, sir, dantes.
-
Very well, I stand corrected.
-
Didn't Cube come to the US at one point and wrote to us from the road complaining about American video game stores? Or maybe he liked them.
All I remember is that I wanted him out of my country.
-
USA! USA! USA!

Yeah, he bought Yakuza 1/2 and said the series was not that great after beating the first one.
-
I had not noticed that there was no english word for "desenrascanço" LOOL
I also loved "Bakku-shan" xD
