I don't get the reference (I think a F&F thing) but I hope he'll be the next guest character in the game.

Reminds me a bit of Akira.

Which Akira?Akira as a 1988 anime by Katsuhiro Otomo?
Akira Yuki from SEGA's Virtua Fighter?
Akira from Capcom's Rival School?
Akira Toriyama from Dragon Ball?
Akira Kurusu from Atlus' Persona 5?
Or Akira from Genesis / Mega Drive game?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-B_Necq4WjM

Well.. the last one is same with Katsuhiro Otomo's Akira anime since it's based from that anime.

That's a good anime.
Too bad the Mega Drive game based on it was canceled.

Sonic Would Stand No Chance Against the Good Version of Dr. Eggman

Quote
Dr. Starline immediately notices that Mr. Tinker's Belle can experience "the full gamut of emotions" such as loyalty and familial devotion, a discovery he finds most pleasing, especially since he can easily replicate the coding.
The robots created by Dr. Eggman's good alter ego Mr. Tinker are so much more complex than the villain's Badniks that Sonic the Hedgehog would undoubtedly lose if Mr. Tinker ever returned and waged war against him.

I do too. Her background is also unique.
She's a far more interesting character than Whisper & Tangle.

Also, I'd always wanted to develop a sequel of Skies of Arcadia, so when I tweeted it in English, the response exceeded 1.15 million impressions, and so many articles were written all over the world.
Again, I was able to feel the enthusiasm of the fans.

After 20 years, the manga version of “Skies of Arcadia” will be published electronically in 2022 only in Japan

The short-lived serialization was a tie-in to the video game of the same name released in 2000.
Illustrated by the game’s concept artist, HOSHI Itsuki, and written by the game’s official story consultant, FUJIMOTO Junya, it was briefly published in Gekkan Magazine Z, and was never collected in tankoubon format.
