Having worked at a movie theater for two years while attending High School (2001-2003ish), I saw a loooot of fuckin awful trailers and films. Many lines of dialogue stuck with me, and often I'll notice that movie scripts will reuse the same awful lines again and again. Here are a few that stuck with me:
"Silence the child!" - usually yelled by a villain at his captors
"Give me the talisman!" - good guy has the talisman, bad guy wants it
"Let's do it!"/"Let's make it hot!"/"Lock and load!" - said before entering a CG-filled battle
"Secure the perimeter!"
"That's gotta hurt." - response to seeing somebody get hurt
"I'm okay!" - said off screen after the character fell down
"Stand back, give him some air!" - character is hurt
"Enhance" - looking at a security camera image
"Run!" - the bomb is about to go off!
"775 code 106 north andrews..." - or something like that, heard over police scanners. overly used sound effect.
"We've got company" - the bad guys are comin'!
-
How about, "Let's get out of here."
The end of about half the movies that exist.
-
The building is falling apart, the rubble is piling up, the mothership is approaching, the clock is ticking down: "Let's get out of here!"
Yeah, that one especially. Problem is, a lot of these cliche lines are treated by writers as being as expected as "your welcome" is the only response to "thank you".
Also:
"Nobody can stop me!" - said by the villain just minutes before the villain is stopped
"Don't do anything stupid!" - said by cops when cornering a suspect, just before the suspect does something stupid

Take the kids (like when there's something bad coming and one of the kids guardians has to do some heroic shit)

I'ma gonna smack the black of you.
Don't make me break my foot off in yo'ass.
These are some expressions done by african-american characters in movies that sometimes pop up. It's ussually some jive talking.

Also they say "Damn!", "Shit!" and "That is whack!"
Never can a teen comedy have two black guys, or this happens:

"Don't you die on me, man!"
Used alllll the time when someone gets shot... It was particularly bad when it was used in Punisher: Warzone, just because the Punisher would never say something like that. :x

"My name is Something... James Something..."

I have a bad feeling about this.

"Cut the (insert color here) wire!"

"Cut the (insert color here) wire!"
Sometimes that line is still cool (http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMlqWs49gVE#t=3m10s) (minor Yakuza 2 Spoilers)
