Like pressing a button on a keyboard is more challenging than swiping.

It's more suitable or not than more challenging or not.
And talking about keyboard, back then before moving to Windows PC, I played all PC games using keyboard, including these :

Most of those PC games need at least 5 buttons unless the character couldn't do action (attack, jump, etc) which are rare.
Sonic Dash / Sonic Forces Mobile will have less buttons needed than these 30+ years old games if they went to PC.
Moving only need 2 buttons : left and right. Plus jump and slide.

Well, the two have a lot in common.

Both have dark and edgy taste in fashion (Neo and John Wick)
Both are gun specialists (weapons training downloaded into Neo while John Wick was an assassin.)
Both lost someone precious to them that motivated their revenge (Daisy)
Both are immortal (https://www.keanuisimmortal.com/)

Wow. And plus one ...
They also have a literal demon trying to get Keanu/Shadow to join them.

Plus, if you recall in the first Sonic movie, one of the movies Tom and Maddie watched for movie night was Speed starring Keanu Reeves... Would you call that "foreSHADOWing"?

Inception!

And another: Shadow Gangs Zero  (not sure if it's different from the Shadow Gangs II already in the list?)

Oh yeah, they are different.

Shadow Gangs II is a sequel of Shadow Gangs I for SEGA Dreamcast, Neo Geo, and PC.
Shadow Gangs Zero was originally started as a demake / 16-bit version of Shadow Gangs I but then grown into a more ambitious project featuring altered level layouts, more animation frames, redone soundtracks, and additional stages so now it's becoming both demake version and prequel of Shadow Gangs I.

Added to the list, thanks Billybob.

Nooooo... Don't say it.
That's one of forbidden questions.
Other forbiden question is "Could it get worse than this?"
Why? Because the answer is usually YES.

True. I'd rather have Year of Knuckles.

Knuckles was overshadowed by Shadow, heh.

Da-a-amn! I want to try it so good!

All reviews I read always say they are good.

Keanu Reeves cast as Shadow the Hedgehog in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie

Same reason.
The feeling of simple control by swiping screen in particulary everywhere even while in the bed or outside is really different.
Console or PC is still moresuited to the not-so-simple ones like Sonic Dream Team.

Like pressing a button on a keyboard is more challenging than swiping.

A black hole as a power source?
I guess this is a Schwarzschild black hole kind.
The one that has no electric charge or angular momentum.
The neutral one that doesn't spin.
Well, in the original Ristar game, Kasier Greedy would use what I presume are "mini black holes" in battle. And when he is defeated, his fortress seems to implode in on itself. So my guess is Kaiser Greedy manipulates dark matter and black holes.
