Agree. Most people don't know what they have until it's gone.
Sega are still good sports about it. They introduced 3D fighting genre through Virtua Fighter, the whole world favours Tekken, Dead or Alive and SoulCalibur leaving VF in the dust, Sega congrats the others on their success.

The tournaments never stopped.
And thanks to VF eSports / Ultimate Showdown, they're becoming popular again.

I still think VF should have a proper story mode. That's what made Tekken and SoulCalibur popular after all. It's how we became more engaged with the characters, by getting to know them through in-game story.

Yeah. At least cinematic intro / scenes & individual endings but still nope.... I wonder why.
