Really looking forward to this! Especially now that it looks like it ISN'T a super slick movie. Looks much more gritty and "real" than I was expecting. The cast is like something dreamed up by a high school kid from the 90's. Ahnold, Willis and Stallone sharing a scene = bigger than anything that upcoming Avengers movie will do.

Rocky Balboa and Rambo IV were both pretty solid.
I'm pretty confident that Stallone's going to do a good job on this one as well.

It's like one last hurrah for yesteryear's action stars. It's just too bad that Arnold couldn't join them for the whole movie. Oh well.

Its all good although like fuzzy said, I would have been so much more interested if Arnie was back for the long haul.
I'm glad Jason Statham is in there though, I like a lot of his movies.

Additionally, the trailer doesn't have an excessive amount of color filtering or CGI effects.
With many recent action films looking more like extended video game cutscenes, it's always nice to see one that resembles a real movie.

This is the kind of movie America needs right now.
Not even joking. In the early 90s the world thought America was tough and epic shit, and not to fuck with them based on all of their movies like this. That is how like all of our favorite games were designed around growing up, as well. Hope there are more movies like this along the line.

Who exactly do you think watched a movie like Die Hard or Rambo and thought that was anything like the real world? If anything my friends and I watch those movies for the sheer cheesy unintended comedy value.

I am not completely insane, I know Japan always has thought America is basically what happens in Streets of Rage all of the time. I have talked to dozens of people over the world who believed Americans were all people like Sly when they were growing up.
