About SEGA Amusements International Ltd. (SAI) and Management Buy Out
Sega Amusements International (SAI) is an international company dedicated to the production, development, supply, support and distribution of amusement arcade games and merchandise.
Here on the other hand, instead of being sold to a bigger company in the space, it was bought from within and will give SEGA Amusements International (SAI) more freedom.
Paul William has setup Kaizen Entertainment as a holding company and initiated a “Management Buy Out” of SAI through that.
What this means is that everything that distributors, operators, and players see will remain the same – the Sega name will still show up on the games, and SAI will still be the name found on the booth at trade shows.
This also means that everyone who has been working at SAI is still there.

About CA Sega Joypolis
CA Sega Joypolis was renamed from Sega Live Creation, an independent company from SEGA Corporation Entertainment Park Division, on January 1st in 2017.
At the same time, they also moved out from SEGA Sammy Group and became a member of China Animation Group which listed in Hong Kong.
China Animation Group has been running trading business in manufacturing industry with entertainment companies and Japanese toy manufacturers.

I recall telling you how crap UK arcades are usually are... at least the arcades I've been to. Never been a major cities arcade but I imagine it's just gambling machines.
