Bought dress shoes and a dress shirt thinking I'd be spending $60. The stuff rang up for $10 due to a sale! So I went to the game store and picked up a GBA SP, Jet Grind Radio and Chu Chu Rocket for $35 total.

It's the first Nintendo product I've ever bought :P Unfortunately for Nintendo, I only have Sega games in mind. ;) JGR is a surprisingly fun portable version of the console game!

THQ only published it, Vicarious Visions developed it, so no fear. ;)

The music is slightly remixed versions of JSR tunes. Humming the Bassline is my favorite.

Jet Set Radio on GBA sucks IMO, but I guess I am not a big fan of the entire franchise. Chu Chu Rocket however is amazing... Not only does it have like 100x the content over the Dreamcast version, you can also make your own characters and you only need one copy of the game to play with three other people. Absolutely outstanding handheld game. No idea why it never came to DS or PSP. It seems so obvious...

I have to recommend that you pick up Gunstar Super Heroes, Super Monkey Ball Jr and Wario Ware Twisted, you need to! Absolutely fantastic replay value on them.

Nice! I saw Gunstar Super Heroes at the shop I bought the GBA at, so I'll have to pick it up when I go back. I wasn't sure what it was. I thought it was a shoddy port of the original game.

JSR for GBA isn't the best interpretation of the game, but it is far from sucking. I was actually quite surprised with how well a non-Sega dev studio created a game that stuck closely to the Dreamcast level design, plot and character roster as well as included some great JSR remixes. The levels are huge and it includes multiplayer.

Chu Chu for GBA is simply awesome.

Finally bitched in and got the Burnout Paradise DLC. 19.99 for all of the DLC.

Feel odd, paying more for DLC than I did for the actual game.  :P

That's a good deal, I only have the big surf island dlc.
I never really play it online though so probably wouldn't use the rest.

I haven't bought anything but I withdrew the money to by sasar on Friday.

Monkeyrooney, have no fear, Nuts and Bolts is a great little game!

Last thing I bought was... *Drumroll*

Five volumes of 'The Boys' by Garth Ennis.
'Name of the Game'
'Get Some'
'Good for the Soul'
'We Gotta go Now'
'Herogasm'

Not his finest work (not a patch on Preacher or his work on Punisher from what I've read so far), but it's still very entertaining and funny.

@Mademan, great, it came in the post this morning so i'll give it a spin tomorrow.

@snocat, I really want to see this film, I have a feeling (i left a big hint) that my girlfriend will be getting me it on blu ray for my birthday.

Just managed to preorder the ps3 version of Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing for £29 with free delivery.
I have a guarantee for release date delivery but this company has built a reputation ondelivering a day early. Hopefully thursday will be doubly great for me (I also get my internet connected that day)

I just picked up the first Rainbow Six: Vegas for PS3.
Needed another good co-op game to play through with my girlfriend, and we've already played the hell out of the second one.
