Yakuza: Like A Dragon is Now Available in ASIA

Release date : February 25, 2021

Quote
SEGA targeted the European and American markets first which resulted in it being released in both regions at the end of 2020 both on consoles and PCs.
But not for the Asian market which seems to have to wait longer without certainty.
Now all stores in Asia such as the PlayStation Store, Steam, and Microsoft Xbox Store will get their own version.
Not only that, the Steam version, which until now still has English without any Japanese on its user-interface and only voice, will get a Japanese patch on February 25, 2021.

Yakuza's Creator On His Life, Career,
And Why Sega Should've Fired Him In The '90s

Quote
Toshihiro Nagoshi : “I’ve been to so many of the bars and shops there [in Kabukicho], so I know a lot of it, but it’s only just a tiny percentage of this huge, bustling area of the city.
When we were drinking and talking about it, someone, and it wasn’t me, someone mentioned, ‘What if there was a game where we can go to all of the places here? What if there was a way to do that?’
That really stuck and eventually led to the Yakuza series.”

I don't think so, since real Yakuza said the game weren't realistic enough.

Nobody goes around trading blows and crap like that. Usually the first guy to punch wins.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon Legends Costume Set Free Until April 2

Quote
These eight different costumes were originally available as pre-order bonuses.
However, they were split up so that it wouldn’t be possible to acquire them all from a single retailer.

Yeah but look at him, hard to believe it's the same guy who made a game about monkeys rolling around in round gashapon capsules.

Yup, but still before making Monkey Ball, he's working on Virtua Racing (his first title as a designer) and Daytona USA (as Director).
Sega of Japan CEO at the time complained that games became too expensive to make, and Nagoshi was kinda unhappy hearing it.
As his type of protest, he developed a very simple and inexpensive game that just needed a lever to control with no buttons, just to prove that it was possible. That game was Super Monkey Ball.

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life PC System Requirements Confirmed

Quote
While Microsoft like to make it easy for people to understand what games they can play PC players don’t quite have that luxury.
Thanks to the Microsoft Store we have a list of minimum and recommended requirements for PC players:

If that's the case, I can see why he's gone off SMB series.

Nagoshi: I'm trying my damned best here and you're saying they're too expensive to make! Well here! Here's a game about a stupid little monkey inside a ball. Push level, pbbbt! There! >:(
CEO: Why... this is perfect!
Nagoshi: Whut? you're not suppose to like it.
CEO: Let's make a franchise out of this!
SMB fans: We love it!
Nagoshi: STOP LOVING THIS UNIRONICALLY!

Lol... Yeah, probably this is his reaction when SMB turned out became a hit :

SEGA trademarks Lost Judgment

Quote
News has dropped that SEGA has recently trademarked a intellectual property name for “Lost Judgment” on the Chizai Watch website.
So far, we are not sure if it’s a sequel to Judgment (aka Judge Eyes: Shinigami no Yuigon in Japan) or possibly a brand new title?
