Ben Schwartz says he hasn’t been asked by SEGA to voice Sonic in other media

Do you guys think that Ben Schwartz is playing it cute and knows he is voicing Sonic but since SEGA hasn’t officially announced it he is pretending not knowing?
Also consider this interview isn’t to promote a upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog movie but to promote the Disney+ movie ‘Flora & Ulysses’ that he is in.

Sonic movie sequel officially titled Sonic the Hedgehog 2 – releasing April 8, 2022

The Sonic movie twitter account shared the news that the Sonic the Hedgehog movie sequel, which we have all been calling Sonic the Hedgehog 2, will in fact be titled… Sonic the Hedgehog 2!
The animated logo reveal, which you can see after the break, features Emerald Hill Zone music and a stylized 2 featuring Tails’ tails.

Industry Insiders Explain Why Video Game Movies Are Getting Better And More Popular

Dmitri Johnson, who co-produced Sonic under his company dj2 Entertainment, was involved in the movie's on-again-off-again production since 2012.
He said that "everyone thought it was a joke," during the early phases of production, but that attitudes changed following the film's highly successful release.
"Shortly after that, the incoming calls definitely increased from studios [and] networks saying, 'Hey, whaddya got next?'"

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Movie News: Knuckles, GUN and Robotnik Revealed!

Doctor Robotnik was also spotted, though it is unknown if this is Jim Carrey or a stunt double.
Robotnik is sporting his bald head and big mustache from the end of the first film as well as a black trench coat with popped collar.
The scene appears to see Robotnik airlifting himself away, likely using one of his robots.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie plot synopsis released

The movie very much appears to use elements of the third Sonic game and its add-on Sonic & Knuckles, while also featuring the debut of Tails who appeared only in a post-credits scene in the original film.
Also worth noting, Tom and Maddie leaving on a vacation is likely to see them off screen for much of the film, a common trope in sequels when they want to shift focus to other characters.

Paramount Plus Is Adding Over 1,000 Movies, Including Infinite, Skyfall, Sonic The Hedgehog

Paramount+ will also be the home for Universal's big movies once they leave theaters.
In March, it was announced that films will hit the service 45 days after the theatrical release.

The four-issue miniseries, named Sonic the Hedgehog 2: The Official Movie Pre-quill, will explore the hedgehog’s whereabouts following the first film.

I believe that a successful Crazy Taxi movie would rely mostly on practical stunt work.
What fun is it to see a car fly thirty feet through the air if you know it’s not real?
I recall turning off the Speed Racer movie halfway through due to visual effects boredom.
