Yes, I left SEGA Nerds sometime in December. I still help out with reviews, I did Bayonetta. But they have not assigned me any more review jobs. Maybe my Bayonetta review as not crisp enough.

Don't get angry at me for asking this, but what happened to SEGA Nerds? Why did it get absorbed into that other site?

Chris went insane a while back and shot up a military base, then it was auctioned off by the FBI.

Well, I like both places so for the time being I'll be a Nerds and Bits regular :)

However I never EVER want to see a nerd's bits.  :shock:

Chris couldnt afford to keep the Seganerds afloat anymore and ultimately Kartel stepped in. Which would have been fine but. But in my opinion at least they completely ruined our site.

Rest = history.

I sorta figured that something was a-miss when I started to notice that the new Sega Nerds/Kartel blog wasn't being updated as frequently as it used to.

But I agree, that's ancient history.
Good bye, Sega Nerds! Hello, Sega Bits.

How effed off will the Kartel be when they realise that a bunch of the community has just left?

I like the name SegaBits, Bits as in 16 bit for the Megadrive but also for bits of info about sega.

:DD

And I bet they'll be effed off enough. The place is already starting to crawl with spammers and now most of the good people are leaving.. Oh well..

btw, remember that Metakraken dude? Where did he and his godawful mexican recolors of Sonic went? He was a really funny guy.

I don't know, but I wish Sega would release Sonic Adventure 2 on PSN.
