For WiiU and 3DS
I hope they can raise the quality of this one. I also hope this hasn't taken any quality from the next major Sonic game by spreading developers too thin...
Trailer via Nintendo Direct: Gameplay starts at 18:34

About time Diddy Kong showed up, I'd like to see more characters from Donkey Kong and Wario's games show up in Mario spin offs more often. Zazz is a weird pick if he's the only one of the Deadly Six that'll be playable, I thought Zavok was the leader.

*takes a deep sigh
Why wont the series just die. The last one wasnt even a succes

The 2012 was oddly alright. The rest were all clunky.

Money really sucks

The Mario & Sonic games have always been from a dedicated team within SEGA called SEGA Sports Japan (SEGA Sports R&D) made up of former Smilebit staff. I wouldn't even worry. They've been doing these separate from Sonic Team for years now.

Is that you Aki?

Well, this was unexpected for me by a lot of reasons.
Hopefully this game will be more polished and more commendable than the last one.
Sorry, Rappy, until Nintendo don't want this franchise anymore, they will continue to fund it every iteration. They need games for their systems btw.

Yeah that's him. I think he posted about it in the sports thread a while back, I think he has far more tattoos now though, right Aki?
As for this game, what's with the fucking spinning while running?
Otherwise, it's an Olympics game alright. Yessir.

The effects of playing too many Yakuza games.

I own Decathlete/Athlete Kings on Saturn.
It's also an Olympics game. I didn't say it was bad.

Mario & Sonic at the London Olympics 2012 is a good party game with friends I feel.
And failing that, at least this is bound to have a good soundtrack.

I really like this artwork. It's a lot more expressive than the art for the previous Olympics games. Too bad the in-game character animation is still very stiff. :P

These games are great, and make Sega a lot of money

lmfao. Well played
On topic. The previous mario en sonic came at an extremely unfortunate time. Im really really surprised that they continued after the last one. Hopefully this one is a better game. I havent bought any of em yet. Waiting for a decent one

Do you like party games?
London 2012 is a decent one at that. They're very much games you'd need to play with friends to enjoy, otherwise avoid.

Because SEGA still has the Olympic license and that pretty much requires them to make a new game to tie in with each major Olympics that comes out until they lose it?
