Man, I want this to be proper, but can't imagine it being anything other than your typical gachapon game.
That alone wouldn't be so bad for me, but what would scare me the most would be that it doesn't make it over here at all. Given that no new Phantasy Star games are making it over.
Sega JP had a decent Soul Reverse mobile game that never made it over either.

From the screenshot, looks like it's a turn based game, just like the classic Phantasy Star.

Oh man. I want this so bad.
I can't believe it's not a gachapon game.
I would have preferred a 3rd person rear view for the battles, but whatever. I'd play it in a heartbeat.
