Title: Hortensia Saga - English version on July 2016

I knew from around a week ago that Hortensia Saga is a mobile game that developed by SEGA.
But what I discovered from this site is that Hortensia Saga is turn-out a sequel for Chain Chronicles.
Is that really true? I see the similarities but still... can anyone confirm this?

it isn't, it's made by f4samurai, while Chain Chronicles was made by the Arcade division from Sega.

It stated in the event its a follow up, there can be a follow up with another developer. Can't there?

Finally, an English version !!!!
...................... for my country (Indonesia)
and may be for other Southeast Asia's countries, but I'm not really sure.
