If taken in a direction similar to Kirby, I can imagine Ristar in a 3D game. Though given Ristar hasn't had a game since the Mega Drive, I doubt it is in Sega's interest to bring him back.

I'm not going to do anything... but I do have ideas for how a new Ristar game could work. Inspired by Meta-Knight, I can imagine a Ristar OC named Alistar, despite being an anti-hero, still wants to help Ristar.
New "minions" to Kaiser Greedy in mind are Null and Void, twin-villains.

EDIT: I've given it some thought, and maybe a "Raymans Origins" approach would be a more ideal approach for Ristar. Reintroduce him as a reboot with a more animated style like modern Rayman games, but still has that colourful vibrancy as Kirby games.

A reboot with a more animated style?
I would definitely prefer that over 3D reboot.
May be something like the canceled Eartworm Jim 4.

If I ever feel like attempting a concept demo, I might try it. I can imagine face-designs for Ristar, as well as a brand-new backstory as a demigod. I'm tempted to introduce something of the likes of "Star Warriors", his father was a legendary hero amongst them and likely the last of the Star Warriors, who the Star Goddess Oruto had a child with. Because of the heroes absence due to Kaiser Greedy's takeover, Oruto awoken her son to save the Valdi System and find his father.

That's a nice story concept.
Kinda remind me of Opa-opa's story in Fantasy Zone II W.

If it was a limited edition product then it would make sense high price but low supply.

So, probably be cheaper to sell Game Gear games online.

Yes, it does become cheaper to sell them as DLCs in Sonic Origins.

Just wishes it's not limited to Sonic games only but I guess that will cost more for licensing.

Why can't arrow keys be used as an alternative for finger-sliding?

It could but pressing arrow buttons or clicking mouse aren't as fun as sliding your fingers for this type of these games.
At least that's what fans said when they play the games on bluestack.

Also, found another music cartridge, "Opeth Music Cartridge" by FlosK, released in August of '22. It had an extremely limited 5-copy print run (which I tried to buy, but 5 months later he still hasn't shipped  >:( ), so not sure if you want to include this?

May be they're sold out already? But they should've let you know.
5 copies are too low so I don't want to include this one.

Actually they both look to be for sale here:

I guess they're back in stock now.
I'll add the link on the second post.
I can't open that website btw, I wonder why.

They could make it of course and assuming it would have no games attached (since all those licensing things would make it more pricey) probably it would cost around $400, just like Analogue Pocket.
It still cost much more than Nintendo Switch ($300).

You and some die hard retro fans might be willing to pay over $400 for a new Game Gear but it is unlikely the general consumer would want it more than Switch if they had that much spare of money to buy a handheld.
