Groove On Fight! Power Instinct Goes DARK!
Atlus' 2D Fighting Game of Obscurity for Sega STV and Saturn!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxfqaqnXxvQ

Quote
The gameplay was finally improved and feels less jittery and awkward, resulting in a much smoother game.
However, during the game’s reimagining, Groove On Fight has lost a lot of what made the earlier Power Instinct games so unique.
The darker visuals and edgier feel have replaced most of the wackiness.
Most of the music is bland and uninteresting, lacking any semblance of the crazy vocals from the second game.
If anything, it seems a little bit closer to the Darkstalkers games.
At least it still manages to come up with some weirdly intriguing characters.

I really want a Fighters Megamix 2 to not only be a sequel to the first game, but as an installment to the Sega All-Stars series. Even if it means a name change like "Sega All-Stars Fighters Megamix" or something like that.

It's just if Sega ever decided to make their own crossover fighting game, I don't want it to be a knock-off of Super Smash Bros.

Steve Lycett (executive producer at Sumo Digital) has pitched one I believe (with All Star Football too),
but SEGA hasn't agreed yet.
And fear not, it wasn't inspired by SSB.
The All-Stars Fighting was more to take inspiration from Capcom’s Power Stone that was universally loved by SEGA fighting game fans in Dreamcast era.

That would of been perfect.

Even if such a fighting game can't continue the Fighters Megamix name, a fighting game in style of Power Stones would of been perfect. I hope it would have regular updates and hype like what SSBU had.

I'm not really into football but I'm sure it would be beloved by Sega's footie fans.

I thought all people from UK loves football so much.
Football Manager games always come out on top there.
I guess that's really a wrong generalization.

Just because I'm british doesn't mean I follow the stereotypes.
I don't drink tea. If I was offered tea I'd perhaps accept it out of good manners. But I don't drink tea at four o'clock every evening.
Football season is a nuisence to me. It's "Football this" and "Football that". Don't really care.
I know I have British accent and mannerisms but I don't really regard myself that patriotic. My country isn't as bad as America but Borris Johnson could be regarded as the British-equivalent to Trump. Our country is open to immigration with only so much regulated control over it and BBCs gone all "woke" and ruined Doctor Who over it.

I don't even care much for the royals either. They're purely figure heads. The most they do for British in the income from tourist come to hang otuside the palace gates in hopes to take a glimpse at them. Most Brits think we're more civilized and better than the Americans but Prime Ministry isn't that different from Presidency.

Sometimes I wonder what life would be like if King Harold won the Battle of Hastings, or what if the Legends of King Arthur were true and such. Perhaps that would be a better Britain to live in.

I see.
I drink tea every day.
Mostly ice tea, but still tea.
Drinking tea is also part of our culture,
but usually like this :

and not this :

And depended on which version of King Arthus's story.
There are different version of them.
Marvel Comic version's King Arthur is kinda bad.
He's literally a bad guy here.

I mean the more traditional, mythological version of him.

I forgot about Black knight.
Well, if he's represented by Sonic, then he's definitely a good guy.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax update 1.03 is out now for PC and consoles.

Quote
The new patch has been released today related to the improvement of the general game stability and resolving some of the minor bugs.
As far as the changelog is concerned, there doesn’t appear to be any major new additions or changes that are worth mentioning here, even in the official patch notes.

Brazookas - A Superhero Fighting Game with SEGA Genesis / Mega Drive pixel art look

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1FNOVLxsFs

Quote
BRazooka's is a new 100% national fighting game with a pixel art look, which puts several Brazilian superheroes face to face. Inspired by hit titles in the genre like Street Fighter II and Marvel Super Heroes.
Despite being inspired by the classic Arcades fighting games, our project is more similar to a port of them for 4th and 5th generation home consoles such as SNES, Mega Drive and PS1, as it uses simple mechanics where anyone can play and a retro look in pixel art in the style of 16-bit era games.

Other than Virtua Fighter, what handy uses is it to have a Sega Saturn online these days?
