How? He got in the way of Fabregas' shot which probably would have resulted in a goal anyway knowing how shit Valdes is, therefore, he blocked a goal scoring attempt.
And he proved it yesterday night.
Can you tell I feel vindicated? Of course I do! What's more, even with all their possession football, we both had exactly the same number of chances.
We might lose the return leg, we might lose it in comedic fashion with Barcelona beating us, but tonight we've done what no other team has done, we've beaten Barcelona, at the top of their game, with ATTACKING football, Inter beat them with fantastic defensive football, so did Rubin Kazan and so did Hercules, but we've done it with attack, our best form of defence was offense. Xavi might go on about Barcelona DNA but yesterday, Jack Wilshire showed what Arsenal DNA looks like.
