Added Black Screen for SEGA Dreamcast

captkuso: "black screen is a space trading game inspired by GTA: Chinatown Wars, Elite, and Asteroids, which I'm currently developing for the Dreamcast (and later PC if it's any good!)
While the final version will have a full story, upgrades, enemies, and a more alive world, that's maybe 3 or 4 months away.
In version 0.1, you can explore the world, buy and sell goods between traders, and destroy asteroids and trade ships.
