MULTI PURPOSE FIGHTING SYSTEM 3 - KIRYU!?
Yakuza x Godzilla?

That game looks B-Grade as fuck. I love it.

What can I say, blowing up stuff and enjoying the crumbling structures is in my DNA

Thought you were going to say because you're Islamic.

You have to remember that for most people, they don't 'understand' PC gaming and also just want something to play games. They'll be happy as pigs in shit so long as they can play Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed and FIFA/MADDEN (depending on which continent they are in).

We can harp on about all the games being on PC and looking better or not being exclusive, but for 99% of the market they got a PS4 because they want to play Fifa 2015 and don't know/care that it's also on PS3.

I worded that wrong, I meant to say 1st party line-up. Sony's 1st party is still the weakest this gen.

You know, the convo we had on here the other day got me thinking. Since the end of the 360/PS3 era, I've mainly just used my PC for gaming but I have been interested in getting a console eventually for the exclusives. After this E3, I was ready to get a PS4 but held off as there's not really enough there to keep me going till next year.

But, I'm now starting to wonder if it's even worth getting one now? Sure, I'll miss out on some exclusives, but looking down my list of games that interested me this E3, apart from one or two, they're all on PC. My only real worry is bringing my PC up to date as although it plays everything I've wanted so far with little problems, I can see it becoming a problem sooner rather then later with things like Battlefront - There's no way it'll play that in its current state.

What are the specs of your PC anyway? You'd be surprised.

It's a few years old and I built it myself. It's an i3 with a cheap graphics card (HD6670 or something...Can't remember exactly) it's served me well and played all of the games I want with little issues really, but after this E3 I'm certain I'll need an upgrade soon. I'm fine with that, but buying a PS4 too seems a bit...well, redundant.

Get an i7 of the same socket, they should be cheap by now. And couple that with a decent GPU. BAM, new PC for cheap

That's my thinking too. Battlefront is something I want to play and I'll basically need to upgrade to get frostbite 3 working and that doesn't need a huge upgrade really.

New processors are overhyped. We've reached a point where they are sufficient for 5-7 years

So I guess Horizon has been in development for 4 years by the main Guerrilla team, started work right after Killzone 3. Killzone: Shadow Fall was done by a side team.

Now I'm a bit more interested to see what they can do in 4 years.

Just listened to the bombcast and they talk about Starfox 0...yeah, not good. One called it a 3DS game, the other said the controls are awful and they're sure you can't use the pro controller and the transformations just take away the core mechanics of Starfox and adds nothing. *sigh* another Starfox game Nintendo throw into the fan.
