This game is based on the classic shooting arcade game "Space Harrier."

Poseidon Wars 3D
A shooting game available on the North American version of the Master System.
Use radar and sonar to search for and destroy enemy aircraft.

Starjacker
A vertical scrolling shooter game.
At the time, it was unique in that it had a system that allowed allied units to follow behind the player's own unit.

Ocean Hunter
A gun shooting game where you use an underwater gun-shaped controller to fight sea monsters.

Project Century revealed as new title from Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio has another game up their sleeve at The Game Awards, and unlike Virtua Fighter it appears to be a brand new original title.
Project Century, which is more than likely a placeholder, takes place in 1915 Japan.
