Me too but since this Flash's first reaction is to mistake Sonic for Krakkl, I think this one is Wally.



If I'm not mistaken, Barry never meet Krakkl, meanwhile Wally often meet him since he was young
(he thought Krakkl was his imaginary friend until he learned that he's real when he's adult).
