I was hoping for some new revelations about what would be added or modified with the delay, so I was a bit disappointed that it was more of what we already knew.  Still, neat to see each of the racers' vehicles from various angles.

SEGA leaves Japanese arcade management business

Quote
SEGA has basically, mostly, sold off its Arcade arcade business to GENDA, a company founded in 2018 to operate arcade rentals, online crane games.
I know its mostly a Japanese thing, but SEGA’s arcade business has been part of its history almost since the start and having them sell off 85% of the shares on the companies 60th Anniversary is a bit bitter.

No visit to IAAPA will be complete without a trip to SEGA's Booth
But this year IAAPA Cancels IAAPA Expo 2020 Due to COVID-19

Quote
“While we are disappointed we are unable to meet in-person this year, we are already looking ahead to IAAPA Expo 2021 in Orlando,” McEvoy continued,
“We also appreciate the patience, support and commitment from our dedicated IAAPA Expo exhibitors.
The IAAPA team has already pivoted to address finding new ways industry manufacturers and suppliers can connect with their customers to promote their products, discover new trends, and make plans for the future.”

How SEGA Adapts to Covid-19 Pandemic

Quote
I think SEGA pulling 85% out of a business like Amusement Centers is a good thing, while they profited for awhile, that profit had been up and down. Never stable and it continued to shrink.
SEGA pushing more developers and workers into making software titles, especially since they are on the rise in sales and due to COVID-19 a lot more people are playing video games at home; it makes sense to adapt.

Daytona Championship USA
The Wonderful Sunshine State Simulator

Quote
The game features six tracks, all of which are either copies or variations of tracks from previous games.
What I mean by variation, is that all of the three original tracks are mirrored with a different setting, such as the normal track having a sunset theme instead of during the day.
While it does feel like a cheap way to not include any new tracks, the graphics compensate for this.
