This is why I like Google. I hope more cities sign up and watch Comcast, Verizion and AT&T get pissed.  :mrgreen:

No, they want city officials to contact them if they are interested in testing their cities. So write your local city officials ;3 .

Cost: No. Seems that they are willing to wholesale the tubes to local business' . If it is under $100 dollars, it will kill AT&T, Verizon and Comcast.
