Other kids grew up on comics and anime but Nagoshi mostly watched films.

I guess that explains why his output is better than most Japanese producers.

But since Nagoshi > Mikami that proves the theory right!

Mikami made a lot of shitty games, a LOT! Do not compare him to Nagoshi ever.

I guess that explains why his output is better than most Japanese producers.

With the greatest of respect , most Japanese producers and directors will say that.

Hey Team Andromeda. I'm stoked to have you on here. You're doing some crazy stuff with the forums. I remember these anime and comics from way back when. I had one; used to love to play it. But you're actually wanting to explanation it up a little bit?

Why exactly - uh - why explain Japanese producers?

I just said producers and Directors as they tend to be the ones that get all the Interviews/credit with games . Now I'm sure you'l find interviews with the likes of Shinji Mikami, Kenji Inafune, Hideo Kojima , Yu Suzuki ECT
All stating a love of films , and where one can see a  Big Film influence in their  games.
