Green Arrow gets his own TV show by same people who brought you Smallville. Instead of Clarck Kent's early years, we get a new reminagined and darker version of the emerald archer. Based off Starling City, Oliver Queen, much like, Bruce Wayne, is a millionaire seeking to fight criminals, after experiencing a very traumatic event that transforming him, forever.
