Favorite SEGA Shooter!

I was playing Virtua Cop on my old SEGA Saturn and I forgot how great the game was and how fun it is. I am making this post to find out what SEGA Shooters are your favorite. Please tell me why that game is your favorite.(I'm trying to find some new SEGA shooters to play.)        Thank You!

The House of the Dead. I use to be afraid of the series when I was small, but look at me now. I'm running the first HotD fansite. lolololol

I think my favourite light gun shooter would probably be Confidential Mission for the Arcade/Dreamcast. The whole spy movie motif was done really well. Ghost Squad was pretty entertaining too.

As far as rail shooters go, Rez is without a doubt my favourite. I've completely lost count of how many times I've played through this game. Truly amazing stuff.

Does Gunstar Heroes count lol? Id have to say house of the dead series I followed it from Saturn to the Xbox version lets go "G"... We need some house of the dead on 360. Virtua Cop is awesome as well it represents AM-2 classic. Imagine Virtua cop on Kinect? I could see that working.

My favorite Lightgun game would be Virtua Cop 2 or House of the Dead 2. And overall shooter... Vanquish or Space Harrier...

I didn't know either until I started visiting this site. I was amazed.

My favorite SEGA-brand lightgun titles: 1. Virtua Cop, 2. Virtua Cop 2, 3. House of the Dead.

I don't think I ever played House of the Dead      , only 2 and 3

House of the Dead was Virtua Cop with zombies and gore. It's great! Three shots to the head first takes the face, than the skull, and - finally - whatever was left. Head shots weren't instant kills. You could also shoot off limbs. The bosses are INSANE! There's a port for the Saturn, and it plays very well. It doesn't look as good as the arcade original. For whatever reason, it didn't port as well as Virtua Cop's 1 & 2. Still, it's fun to play.
