[spoiler:1xigz7qg]- I know the lead character is not called Leo.[/spoiler:1xigz7qg]

I do the same thing, hell I can't remember half of the character names from movies. Usually it's "Will Farrel goes back to college" or "Ricky Gervais is a dentist"

I think you guys are taking Inception a bit too seriously. The movie is very good, but it isn't deep at all.

Its a deep subject matter of dreams, I get that part, I like that part. But the basic plot line of "why" is what sort of bothered me the most.

@George:
[spoiler:1gltbl07]I think the main problem with going back wasn't getting into the country, so much as living a normal life with his children, and not being falsely labeled as a murderer.  He could get the grandfather to take the kids to France or something, but without having his name cleared, he'd still need to be on the run all the time.[/spoiler:1gltbl07]

[spoiler:2qfbo6qp]Yes, I guess you do have a point. But you really have to think about how 'hard' they would be tracking him for murder. Not to be an asshole, but there are too many crimes committed each day to hunt down a guy in another country.

Regardless, it makes sense that he would want a 'normal' life for his children.[/spoiler:2qfbo6qp]

[spoiler:14ktms1w]Why is he running away anyway? FFS he was on the other side of the street from where she fell! It made no sense.[/spoiler:14ktms1w] Not completely important but since we're nitpicking..

[spoiler:2akszxxw]Quite true, made no since why they thought he had pushed her, when he was not even in the same room. Not to mention other people could have testified that she was not really sane.

Again, I think this basic plot point was put like this on purpose. Leo says to the guy that played Scarecrow that dreams don't make sense when you wake up, but when your in them you don't notice.

Which leads me to believe that the whole movie was just Leo's dream, someone trying to put something into his mind. An idea.[/spoiler:2akszxxw]

[spoiler:2e4ao42m]Even more simple: He could just be having a weird dream where people can enter otherone's dreams and his wife is dead.[/spoiler:2e4ao42m]
The movie really felt like Matrix at some points. So subjective.

The main thing that pops into my head whenever there's talk of someone getting stuck outide the U.S. for being convicted of a crime, is Roman Polanski.  So that's pretty much my point of reference here.

If anybody here sees Scott Pilgrim, can they let me know what the Sonic/SEGA references are? I doubt I'll see it 'til it hits home video.

Saw the Sixth Sense with my brother, again. I just wanted to see if it still was as good as when I was a kid. It was still pretty good, but the ending was basically pushed too hard with clues.

I had the DVD of 6th Sense when it came out, but once I watched it twice, the magic was gone, and I never wanted to see it again.  I sold the DVD.

Saw The Expandables just a few minutes ago.

It is the best action movie of 2010, Inception might be the best overall movie of 2010 so far, but as far as brainless and plotless action movies go, this is where the good stuff comes in.

Turn off your brain and prepare to be delighted with Stallone's work.

It has everything, cool characters, great action, some great gags, scenes that keep you smilling all the way through. And Creedence Clearwater Revival's Born on the Bayou never sounded cooler.

If you somewhat resemble a man, you should watch this, like, right now. Go book a ticket and see it.
