I think the mod link page has been deleted though by admin, the rule violation is because she is still considered underage in certain countries though the mod uses "Canonically aged up" reason.

Especially for Captain Tsubasa game.
The producer recently laid out just what a huge pain this game to negotiate, given it's third-party, anime-licensed & packed with vintage VA...





and yet, here it is!
Japanese fans are going nuts for this one atm..
